Confiscated hundreds of banned children's toys
Thanh Vinh ward authorities inspected a children's toy business on Nguyen Thai Hoc street and discovered many banned products such as guns, swords, and plastic axes simulating dangerous weapons. More than 140 violating toys were confiscated, and the business was fined and dealt with according to the law.
At about 9:15 a.m. on September 24, Thanh Vinh Ward Police presided over and coordinated with the Thanh Vinh Ward interdisciplinary team to inspect business activities at a children's toy trading establishment on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (Block 9, Thanh Vinh Ward).

Through inspection, the authorities discovered that the facility was storing and selling many types of dangerous toys that are prohibited from circulation on the market, such as: plastic model guns with features and shapes similar to military weapons; plastic swords, hammers, plastic axes... which can be dangerous for children and affect social order and safety. The authorities seized 40 toy guns of various types, 108 plastic swords, plastic knives, and plastic axes of various types.
This act violates Point d, Clause 3, Article 11 of Decree No. 114/2021/ND-CP, and is also on the list of goods prohibited from trading according to law.
The inspection team drew up a record of administrative violations, sealed and temporarily seized all of the above dangerous toys, and requested the facility to immediately stop the violation and report to the competent authority for handling according to regulations.
