Coffee price today September 27, 2025: Turning down again
Coffee prices today, September 27, are at 112,200 - 113,000 VND/kg, down from 1,000 to 1,600 VND/kg. Robusta and Arabica coffee prices on the two exchanges have increased sharply again.
Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices at 4:00 a.m. today, September 27, 2025 in the Central Highlands region decreased from 1,000 to 1,600 VND/kg compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 112,200 - 113,000 VND/kg. The average coffee price is currently around 112,900 VND/kg. Specifically:
Accordingly, traders in Lam Dong region are purchasing coffee at the highest price of 112,200 to 113,000 VND/kg, a sharp decrease of 1,000 to 1,500 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, coffee price in Dak Lak province is 113,000 VND/kg, down 1,500 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province decreased by VND1,600/kg compared to yesterday and were traded at VND112,600/kg.

Domestic coffee trading is quiet as farmers are holding back their stocks for the new season, leading to a shortage of supply. Meanwhile, favorable weather in Indonesia has helped coffee trees grow well, creating expectations for next year’s output.
On September 26, 2025, the first Vietnam - China Coffee Festival opened in Mengzi City, Yunnan Province (China), lasting until September 28. A number of Vietnamese businesses participated in this event to seek opportunities to expand their markets.
Following the US tariffs, China is becoming a target market for many coffee producing countries. Recently, Brazil has had 183 businesses licensed to export to China, opening a wide door for Brazilian coffee to access this populous market.
Despite the advantage of geographical proximity, Vietnam's coffee export to China is still quite modest, only reaching about 50,000 tons/year out of a total export turnover of more than 1 million tons.
In the first 8 months of 2025, Vietnam exported nearly 34,000 tons to China, down 8% over the same period last year. However, August recorded a positive signal with more than 4,500 tons, up 31% over July and up 1.4% over the same period in 2024.
World coffee prices today
At the close of trading on September 26, on the London Stock Exchange, the online price of Robusta coffee futures contract for November 2025 delivery reached 4,189 USD/ton, up 2.32% (95 USD/ton) compared to yesterday. The futures contract for January 2026 delivery increased 2.01% (82 USD/ton), to 4,164 USD/ton.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for delivery in December 2025 increased by 2.24% (8.3 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 379.65 US cents/pound. The contract for delivery in March 2026 increased by 2.5% (8.8 US cents/pound), to 360.25 US cents/pound.
On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for delivery in December 2025 increased by 2.16% (9.55 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 452.45 US cents/pound. The contract for delivery in March 2026 increased by 2.21% (9.7 US cents/pound), to 447.8 US cents/pound.
