Pepper prices today, September 29, 2025: A simultaneous increase of 1000 VND/kg.

Today, September 29th, pepper prices are at 148,000 - 150,000 VND/kg. Prices in key pepper-producing regions have uniformly increased by 1000 VND/kg compared to last week.

Domestic pepper prices

Today's pepper prices in key growing regions remain unchanged compared to yesterday. Therefore, the average domestic pepper price is between 148,000 VND/kg and 150,000 VND/kg.

In the Central Highlands region, today's pepper price in Dak Lak remains unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 150,000 VND/kg.

Today's pepper price in Gia Lai remains unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 148,000 VND/kg.

Today's pepper price in Lam Dong (formerly Dak Nong) remains unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 150,000 VND/kg.

In the Southeast region, today's pepper price in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau) is 150,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday. Dong Nai also remains unchanged from yesterday at 150,000 VND/kg.

Additionally, today's pepper price in Dong Nai (formerly Binh Phuoc) remains unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 148,000 VND/kg.

Over the past week, pepper prices in key producing areas have uniformly increased by 1000 VND/kg compared to the previous week, except for Dak Lak province, where prices remained unchanged but maintained the highest level at 150,000 VND/kg.

Today's pepper prices (September 29th) on the world market.

On the world market, based on quotations from exporting companies and export prices in various countries, the International Pepper Association (IPC) has updated the prices of various types of pepper traded on the international market on September 28 (local time) as follows:

Indonesian Lampung black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at US$6,945/ton. Additionally, Muntok white pepper prices also remained unchanged from yesterday at US$9,841/ton.

Brazilian ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at $6,500 per ton.

Malaysian ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at US$9,600/tonne. Similarly, ASTA white pepper prices also remained unchanged from yesterday at US$13,000/tonne.

Prices for all types of Vietnamese pepper remain unchanged compared to yesterday. Specifically, the price of Vietnamese black pepper (500 gr/l) is 6,600 USD/ton; and the price of 550 gr/l is 6,800 USD/ton.

In addition, the price of Vietnamese white pepper remained unchanged from yesterday at $9,250 per ton.

Over the past week, black pepper prices in major exporting countries have decreased, with the exception of Vietnamese black pepper. According to the International Pepper Association (IPC), the price of Lampung black pepper from Indonesia ended the week down 1.16% (equivalent to $82/ton) compared to the previous week.

Brazilian ASTA 570 black pepper prices fell by 1.51% (US$100/ton), and Malaysian ASTA black pepper prices fell by 1.04% (US$100/ton) last week.

At the same time of the survey, Indonesian Muntok white pepper decreased by 1.16% (US$116/ton) compared to the previous week. Malaysian ASTA white pepper prices increased by 0.77% (US$100/ton) and Vietnamese pepper remained unchanged at US$9,250/ton last week.
