After storm No. 10 passed, many localities recorded prolonged heavy rain causing floods, rising water inundating many residential areas, especially in low-lying areas in the old Yen Thanh district and Hoang Mai commune.

Currently, the communes have established working groups to inspect the hamlets and have plans to evacuate people and property to a safe place, if necessary.
