After Typhoon No. 10, many residential areas were submerged in water.

Following Typhoon No. 10, many localities experienced prolonged heavy rainfall causing flooding, with rising water levels submerging many residential areas, especially in low-lying areas of the former Yen Thanh district and Hoang Mai commune.
