In the homeland of beloved President Ho Chi Minh, where the steadfast and indomitable revolutionary tradition and the spirit of constant innovation were forged, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee always identifies Party building and rectification as a key task, of decisive significance to all victories.
Adhering to the consistent leadership and direction of our Party on the country's overall development strategy of rapid and sustainable development; ensuring the connection and synchronous implementation of tasks: "Party building is key, socio-economic development associated with environmental protection is the central task, human cultural development is the foundation, ensuring national defense, security and foreign affairs are essential and regular".
Nghe An Party Committee has firmly set the goal of improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; building a contingent of cadres and Party members with strong political will, pure ethics, and enough prestige and capacity to shoulder the tasks of the new period; this is the solid political foundation, the spiritual support to consolidate the people's trust, arouse the strength of great national unity, bring Nghe An to develop rapidly and sustainably, realize the aspiration of Uncle Ho's homeland to rise up, become a fairly developed province, a national growth pole.
In the 2020 - 2025 term, the leadership method of the Provincial Party Committee has clearly changed, demonstrated by its proactiveness, creativity and determination. Party committees at all levels have not only stopped at issuing resolutions, directives and plans but have focused on concretizing them with mechanisms, roadmaps and feasible solutions; linking the responsibility of the leader with the implementation results, ensuring the motto "words go hand in hand with actions".
This innovation has created substantial changes in the operations of the political system, improving the planning and implementation capacity of party organizations and the management effectiveness and efficiency of the government.
Propaganda work is identified as an important task, "going first to pave the way, accompanying the implementation and following the summary". The provincial Party Committee is persistent and creative in organizing the study and dissemination of the resolution; promptly orienting public opinion, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints; strengthening trust, arousing the will to be self-reliant and self-reliant.
The work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation has increasingly gone into depth, innovated its content and methods, and closely linked to the vivid realities of the locality. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has become a pillar in Party building work, deployed regularly, synchronously with the spirit of self-awareness and closely linked to the political tasks of each locality, agency and unit. Thereby, many outstanding collectives and individuals have emerged, creating a strong spreading force, encouraging the emulation movement, arousing the spirit of dedication, labor and creativity.
Since the beginning of the term, the provincial level has commended 132 typical collectives and 142 typical individuals; at the district and grassroots levels, over 2,500 collectives and 3,500 individuals have been commended, reported on, exchanged, and reported on typical examples...
Mass mobilization work has been raised to a new level, clearly demonstrating the motto "people are the root", "people know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people benefit". Party committees and authorities at all levels proactively listen, dialogue, and promptly resolve the legitimate aspirations of the people; at the same time, develop "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movements associated with the political tasks of each locality and field. Thereby, creating consensus in society, consolidating the close, flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party and the people increasingly firmly, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc.
Deeply aware that cadres are the decisive factor for the success or failure of the revolution, Nghe An Party Committee especially attaches importance to cadre work, carrying it out methodically and synchronously in conjunction with the requirement of building a streamlined, effective and efficient apparatus.
During the period of 2020 - 2025, the whole province mobilized, rotated, appointed, designated, and approved more than 600 cadres; of which, 289 were introduced for candidacy. The planning, training, and fostering work was carried out openly, transparently, and in accordance with principles; at the same time, cadre policies were regularly concerned, contributing to motivating and encouraging cadres to feel secure in their work and stay with the locality for a long time.
The work of organizing the apparatus and developing party members has also achieved many outstanding results. As of August 2025, Nghe An Party Committee has admitted 23,215 party members, reaching over 103% of the resolution target, in which the number of party members in the private enterprise sector has increased rapidly, demonstrating the influence and prestige of the Party's leadership in the whole society.
In the field of inspection, supervision, prevention and fight against corruption and negativity, the Provincial Party Committee firmly adheres to the motto of "expanded supervision, focused and key inspection".
Many complicated cases of public concern have been handled promptly and strictly, affirming the political determination to build a clean and strong Party organization. In the 2020-2025 term, the Inspection Committees at all levels supervised 5,090 Party organizations (down 18.23% compared to the previous term) and 7,560 Party members (down 13.87% compared to the previous term). Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels disciplined 52 Party organizations and 5,337 Party members. This is a testament to the spirit of seriousness, fairness, ensuring discipline and order within the Party, consolidating the people's trust in the Party's leadership.
The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have also constantly innovated and promoted their core role in gathering and mobilizing people of all walks of life. Patriotic emulation movements have been widely deployed, contributing to bringing the Party's resolutions into life.
The comprehensive results in the field of Party building have enhanced the leadership and governing capacity of the Provincial Party Committee, directly and importantly contributing to creating great achievements in socio-economic development of the province during the term.
Over the past 95 years, the Party has always attached great importance to Party building, considering it a key task that determines the Party's strength and prestige. Entering a new era, an era of strong and prosperous development of the nation, Party building work needs to be comprehensively and strongly renewed so that the Party has the capacity to continue to maintain its leadership and ruling role, fulfill its pioneering mission, and be worthy of being the great helmsman of the Vietnamese revolution.
In that flow, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee - one of the major Party Committees in the country continues to promote revolutionary traditions, constantly innovate leadership methods, improve governing capacity, affirm the role of political nucleus in the locality, contributing with the whole country to realize the aspiration of great power in the new era. To successfully achieve that goal, Nghe An's Party building work needs to focus on a number of key tasks:

Concretizing the spirit of studying and following Uncle Ho in public ethics, in behavior, attitude of serving the people, as well as in the daily lifestyle of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.
Monday,Continue to innovate mass mobilization work, strengthen the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party and the People, rely on the People to build the Party and the political system. Improve the effectiveness of contacts, dialogues and seriously organize the implementation of conclusions of the heads of Party committees and authorities after contacts and dialogues. Innovate and improve the quality of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, associated with the construction and replication of models and typical examples of "skillful mass mobilization". At the same time, strongly promote the role of intellectuals, workers, farmers, women, youth, veterans, ethnic minorities, religious dignitaries, etc. in implementing local political movements and tasks.

In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to building a team of cadres, especially key cadres, following the direction of General Secretary To Lam: It is necessary to have advanced management thinking and capacity, meeting the requirements of the new government organization system and the requirements of the country's breakthrough development; at the same time, gathering enough virtue, talent, heart, strength, and enthusiasm to shoulder the historical responsibility of the country.
Comprehensively innovate from recruitment, training, fostering, evaluation, appointment, rotation to use; use the effectiveness of serving the people as a measure to evaluate cadres and civil servants. Friday, resolutely and effectively deploy digital transformation in Party agencies according to Decision No. 204-QD/TW of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on approving the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on scientific and technological breakthroughs, innovation and digital transformation. This is an inevitable requirement and a breakthrough solution to improve the effectiveness of leadership, direction and administration, and at the same time, innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods in the new context.
