Nghe An: A sudden strong storm blew a corrugated iron roof out into the middle of National Highway 1A.
At around 4:30 p.m. on October 5, a strong tornado suddenly occurred in Vinh Hung ward, Nghe An, causing the corrugated iron roof of a roadside construction to be blown away by the wind into the middle of National Highway 1A, through Bac Lien hamlet, Vinh Hung ward.
The corrugated iron sheet flew out onto the road and hit a red Kia Morning car that was traveling north-south. Fortunately, the collision did not cause serious damage, and the driver and vehicle were both safe.

The incident caused a long traffic jam on National Highway 1A from Nghi Loc commune to the old Vinh city.
Immediately afterwards, the authorities quickly arrived, coordinating with a crane to remove the roof and clear the traffic jam.
