Nghe An: A sudden strong storm blew a corrugated iron roof out into the middle of National Highway 1A.
At around 4:30 p.m. on October 5, a strong tornado suddenly occurred in Nghi Loc commune, Nghe An, causing the roof of a roadside construction to be blown away by the wind into the middle of National Highway 1A, near Nghe An Lung Hospital.
The metal sheet flew out onto the road and hit a red Kia Morning car that was traveling north-south. Fortunately, the collision did not cause serious damage, and the driver and vehicle were both safe.

The incident caused a long traffic jam on National Highway 1A from Nghi Loc commune to the old Vinh city.
Immediately afterwards, the authorities quickly arrived, coordinating with a crane to remove the roof and clear the traffic jam.
