Speaking at the job fair, Mr. Vi Ngoc Quynh - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Home Affairs emphasized: "EPS and IM Japan's workforce is a strategic human resource - with experience, skills, discipline and good foreign language ability. Enterprises need to have appropriate policies to attract, train and use to maximize this potential. At the same time, local authorities, especially in the Western Nghe An region, need to closely coordinate with the Employment Service Center in consulting, introducing jobs, updating the list of returning workers, ensuring effective connection between supply and demand".

Also at the event, Mr. Le Manh Hung - Deputy Director of the Overseas Labor Center - Ministry of Home Affairs highly appreciated the organization model of Nghe An, and affirmed that the job fair is not only an annual activity, but also a two-way human resource connection model - going officially, returning with a job. This is a testament to the consistent spirit of the Party and State: Labor is the center of development, sustainable employment is the foundation of social security. Organizing fairs like this is an effective way to support workers to promote their skills when returning home, while helping domestic enterprises have more highly skilled labor, meeting production and business needs in the new development stage.
