Comrade Vo Trong Hai holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of November 17, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce Decision No. 2525-QDNS/TW, dated November 14, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

Attending the conference were comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; and comrades in the Central working delegation.

The leaders of Nghe An province included comrades: Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Than; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Nghia Hieu; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Vo Thi Minh Sinh; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Trong Hai; along with comrades members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and heads of provincial departments and branches.

The leaders of Military Region 4 include Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4. The leaders of Ha Tinh province include Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duy Lam; along with comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In Decision No. 2525-QDNS/TW, dated November 14, 2025, the Central Party Secretariat decided that comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van presented the Decision of the Secretariat and presented flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Vo Trong Hai.

In her speech assigning tasks to comrade Vo Trong Hai - member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van emphasized that the Politburo and the Secretariat assessed comrade Vo Trong Hai as a capable cadre with experience in Party work and State management, with a sense of responsibility, determination, closeness to the grassroots and a very high spirit of solidarity.

The Central Organizing Committee believes that Comrade Vo Trong Hai will continue to promote his spirit, responsibility, capacity, experience and strengths to continue to work with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to continue to lead and direct the development of Nghe An province in the new period.

At the same time, I hope that the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, especially the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, will continue to coordinate well and create favorable conditions for comrade Vo Trong Hai to excellently fulfill his tasks in his new position.

Emphasizing that the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, has set out 39 targets and groups of targets, with 3 breakthroughs and 8 main tasks with the goal of an average growth rate of over 12% for the whole period, by 2030 becoming a fairly developed province, becoming a key growth pole of the country, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van believes that the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee deeply take responsibility for the development of Nghe An in the new period.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Vo Trong Hai, expressed his honor to be assigned the new responsibility; at the same time, he asked to seriously and fully absorb the profound instructions of the Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, Bui Thi Quynh Van, and will concretize them into programs and action plans for implementation in the coming time.

Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Vo Trong Hai hopes that senior leaders, comrades in the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and leaders of departments, branches, and localities will share valuable experiences and practical lessons; accompany and support me to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Emphasizing that the new position and new tasks require learning more, listening more, and making more efforts, Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Vo Trong Hai promised to continuously train, cultivate, and make every effort; inherit and promote the good traditions of previous generations.

At the same time, together with comrades in the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, we will be determined to build a collective of solidarity, unity, exemplary, integrity, innovation, and action; always be close to the grassroots, close to the people, understand the people, and accompany the people; strive to successfully implement the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
