Comrade Vo Trong Hai holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
The Central Party Secretariat has decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
On the afternoon of November 17th, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce Decision No. 2525-QĐNS/TW, dated November 14th, 2025, of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel matters.

Attending the conference were Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department; and other comrades in the Central working group.

The leaders of Nghe An province present included: Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than; Standing Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Nghia Hieu; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Vo Thi Minh Sinh; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary Vo Trong Hai; along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and heads of provincial departments and agencies.
The leaders of Military Region 4 included Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4. The leaders of Ha Tinh province included Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Lam; along with other members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In Decision No. 2525-QDNS/TW, dated November 14, 2025, the Central Party Secretariat decided that Comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province - would cease participating in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, and would relinquish his position as Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and would be transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department Bui Thi Quynh Van presented the Decision of the Party Central Committee and offered flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Vo Trong Hai.

Speaking at the ceremony to assign duties to Comrade Vo Trong Hai, Bui Thi Quynh Van, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, emphasized that the Politburo and the Secretariat assessed Comrade Vo Trong Hai as a capable and experienced cadre in Party work and State management, with a sense of responsibility, decisiveness, close attention to the grassroots, and a very high spirit of solidarity.
The Central Organizing Committee trusts that Comrade Vo Trong Hai will continue to uphold his spirit, responsibility, capabilities, experience, and strengths to continue working with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the development of Nghe An province in the new phase.

At the same time, we hope that the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and especially the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, will continue to cooperate well and create favorable conditions for Comrade Vo Trong Hai to successfully complete his tasks in his new position.
Emphasizing that the 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, has set forth 39 targets and groups of targets, with 3 breakthroughs and 8 main tasks, aiming for an average growth rate of over 12% for the entire period, and to become a moderately developed province and a key growth pole of the nation by 2030, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department Bui Thi Quynh Van expressed confidence that the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Committee deeply understand their responsibility for the development of Nghe An in the new period.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Vo Trong Hai, expressed his honor at being entrusted with this new responsibility; he also pledged to seriously and fully absorb the insightful guidance from Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, and will concretize it into action programs and plans for implementation in the coming time.

Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Vo Trong Hai expressed his hope that senior leaders, members of the Standing Committee and Executive Committee, and leaders of departments, agencies, and localities would share valuable experiences and practical lessons; and accompany and support him in successfully fulfilling his assigned tasks.


Emphasizing that his new position and responsibilities require him to learn more, listen more, and strive even harder, Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Vo Trong Hai pledged to continuously improve himself, cultivate his skills, and do his utmost; inheriting and promoting the fine traditions of previous generations.




At the same time, together with comrades in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee, we will resolutely build a united, exemplary, honest, innovative, and proactive collective; always closely connected to the grassroots, close to the people, understanding the people, and accompanying the people; striving to successfully achieve the goals and targets set forth in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
