On the morning of March 6th, in Tien Phong commune, Inspection Team No. 6, led by Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, inspected the preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Before the working session with the communes of Que Phong, Tien Phong, Thong Thu, Muong Quang, Tri Le, Huu Khuong, Nhon Mai, and Yen Na, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Dinh Bat Van, and the provincial delegation directly inspected two polling stations in Phuong Tien 2 village and Na Cay village, Tien Phong commune.

The delegation inspected the implementation of preparatory steps for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. This included consultation, the preparation and posting of voter lists and candidate lists, the arrangement of polling stations, election facilities, and plans to ensure security and order at polling stations.

During the working session with the communes of Que Phong, Tien Phong, Thong Thu, Muong Quang, Tri Le, Huu Khuong, Nhon Mai, and Yen Na, Colonel Dinh Bat Van acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the Party committees and authorities of these communes in implementing the election preparation steps, ensuring that the process is on schedule and in accordance with regulations.

The comrade emphasized that this period is a peak time for focusing on election work, therefore communes need to continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement the legal regulations on elections. Clearly assign responsibilities, tasks, and completion deadlines, while also strengthening inspections and cross-checking to support each other in detecting and correcting errors.
In addition, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda efforts and carefully review all aspects to ensure adequate facilities, security, and organizational plans at polling stations, especially in remote villages far from the central area, creating the most favorable conditions for voters to participate fully and in accordance with regulations.
