The comrade emphasized that this period is a peak time for focusing on election work, therefore communes need to continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement the legal regulations on elections. Clearly assign responsibilities, tasks, and completion deadlines, while also strengthening inspections and cross-checking to support each other in detecting and correcting errors.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda efforts and carefully review all aspects to ensure adequate facilities, security, and organizational plans at polling stations, especially in remote villages far from the central area, creating the most favorable conditions for voters to participate fully and in accordance with regulations.
