Need people

It is expected that from now (mid-October) to the end of 2022, enterprises in industrial parks and the Southeast Economic Zone will need more than 10,000 workers. That information was given at the "Workshop on connecting supply and demand, training human resources for enterprises in the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks in the province" jointly organized by the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone of Nghe An and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs last week.

The workshop also pointed out the need for labor in the Economic Zone and Industrial Park in Nghe An, the period of 2022 - 2025 is estimated at about 80,000 - 100,000 workers. In particular, there are many foreign invested enterprises in need of workers. The need for people is stated specifically but it shows a very useful message about jobs and income for workers in Nghe An province and neighboring provinces. Of course, workers who want to be recruited need to meet the requirements for training in the necessary skills from the business side. Workers do not necessarily have to study at college or university but must be trained in the techniques and skills that each business offers. In short, workers must learn a trade before "jobs need people".

The need for workers is not only in industrial zones and enterprises, but many rural areas also complain about the lack of labor. Because young people go to work far away, while agriculture and rural areas are promoting modernization, increasing the application of science and technology in production and animal husbandry. Meanwhile, in rural areas, many middle-aged and elderly workers "cannot learn" when popularizing new science and technology.

There was a period when "hometown" workers flocked to the South and the North to find work. Many people became successful when they "left home". But most workers who went to work far away only had "enough to eat", but it was difficult for the economy to improve and become rich. After several years of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen that many workers returned to their hometowns without much savings. Therefore, the above information on job needs is a great opportunity for workers in all regions to "leave the countryside without leaving their hometowns". However, the core thing is that each person needs to clearly understand the recruitment needs to decide to study the professions that businesses need, thereby taking advantage of the opportunity to find a job and have a stable income. At least, even for the unskilled workers that businesses need, they also prioritize recruiting people who know foreign languages, especially English, Chinese, Japanese, etc.
