As is customary every year, on this day, our homeland and country joyfully celebrate the sacred National Day of the entire nation. For 77 years, since the momentous event of September 2nd, 1945, when President Ho Chi Minh solemnly read the "Declaration of Independence" in the bright sunshine of Ba Dinh Square, the immortal spirit of September 2nd has been passed down, continuously amplifying Vietnam's strength to overcome countless obstacles and difficulties, and achieve new and great victories!
Over the past period, in the face of the profound impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the fluctuations of the global situation, by promoting the spirit of national unity, resilience, flexibility, and creativity, our country has confidently entered a new state with many achievements on the path of development, creating momentum for the future to complete the socio-economic goals that have been set. These achievements reflect the high determination of the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army, united by a single will to win, further affirming the national aspiration in the spirit of the "Declaration of Independence" read by President Ho Chi Minh on behalf of the people 77 years ago.
Sharing that same will and aspiration with the whole country, Nghe An province is constantly promoting its patriotic and revolutionary traditions, uniting all resources to vigorously implement action programs to carry out the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, and the Resolutions of the Politburo, the Government, and the National Assembly; creating a new momentum and driving force for socio-economic development closely linked with ensuring national defense and security, social welfare, and striving for the "right to happiness" of all citizens...
