Prime Minister appoints 3 Deputy Ministers of Defense
The Prime Minister has just signed decisions to appoint three Deputy Ministers of National Defense.

Specifically, in Decision 1021/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Vice Admiral Pham Hoai Nam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of the Navy to hold the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.
In Decision 1022/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of Military Region 3 to hold the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.
In Decision 1026/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of the Border Guard to hold the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.
