Specifically, in Decision 1021/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Vice Admiral Pham Hoai Nam - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of the Navy - to the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.
In Decision 1022/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of Military Region 3 - to the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.
In Decision 1026/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of the Border Guard Force - to the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.
