*On the morning of June 2, continuing the Working Program of the 3rd Session (15th National Assembly),The National Assembly continues to discuss in the hallon the results of implementing the Socio-Economic Development Plan and State Budget in 2021; Summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 42/2017/QH14 on piloting bad debt settlement of credit institutions.
Speaking at the discussion session, exchanging opinions of some delegates on the issue of textbooks, Professor, Doctor Thai Van Thanh - Nghe An delegation, assessed: The Ministry of Education and Training has directed the education sector and educational institutions to synchronously, methodically and scientifically implement the 2018 General Education Program in accordance with the direction of the Party, National Assembly and Government.
In the afternoon, Delegate of Nghe An Delegation Vo Thi Minh Sinh made a speech suggesting: The Government needs to urgently review and supplement the institution to prevent corruption, waste and negativity; especially the mechanism to control power in areas of easy operation.corruption and negativity arise.

* On the morning of June 2, the Inspection Team recognizing Nghe An province as meeting the standards for universal primary education level 3 of the Ministry of Education and Training had a working session with the Steering Committee for universal education and illiteracy eradication of Nghe An province. With the results of the inspection and survey, Nghe An provinceproposed by the Working GroupThe Minister of Education and Training recognized the province as the 25th in the country to achieve universal primary education level 3.

*State budget revenueIn Nghe An province, in the first 5 months, it is estimated that 8,523 billion VND will be implemented, reaching 56.8% of the estimate, equal to 99.4% compared to the same period in 2021. To complete the 2022 budget collection plan, the Tax sector needs to urgently review, analyze, evaluate, and forecast factors affecting budget revenue in the area, revenue reductions due to objective factors, clarify revenue losses, potential revenue sources, organize budget collection management to ensure sustainability, reasonable revenue structure, especially revenue from the production and business sector, revenue from the non-state industrial, commercial and service sectors.
