Currently, the Thai Hoa Town Small and Medium Enterprises Association has 100 participating enterprises, contributing over 150 billion VND to the budget each year. According to the Town People's Committee's assessment, all members of the Small and Medium Enterprises Association operate effectively, contributing positively to the provision of essential services.employment, contribute to the budget and have many social security activities in the area.
Enterprises belonging to the Thai Hoa Town Small and Medium Enterprises Association have donated billions of VND to support the programs: "Tet for the poor", "Spring of warm love", "Scholarship fund for poor students overcoming difficulties". In particular, the "Bowl of love porridge" Fund has been maintained by the Association for more than 13 years at the Northwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital with nearly 500 million VND in donations.

PROMOTING THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
From the end of 2021, Thai Hoa town will enjoy a policy of increasing the percentage of land use fees, after deducting the cost of compensation, site clearance and infrastructure investment for development investment in the area.
Specifically, the group of projectsreal estatein the town but not determined to invest in specific projects, the proposed percentage of land use fees to be regulated for the provincial budget is 50% (reduced by 20% compared to current regulations) and for the town budget is 40% (increased by 20% compared to current regulations), the regulation rate for ward and commune budget is 10%. The second group is land use fees from auctions, land allocation, and purpose conversions that are left for the town budget is 70%; and the regulation rate for ward and commune is 30% (not regulated for the provincial budget).
From this policy, in 2022, Thai Hoa town will strive to promote the real estate market, call for investment, mobilize land funds in accordance with legal regulations, actively reform administration in the fields of tax, land, land use rights, urge real estate enterprises to speed up projects... From there, the budget revenue from land use fees in 2022 will reach 110 billion VND, equal to 137.5% of the estimate assigned by the Town People's Council and 220% of the estimate assigned by the province.

Through the discussion, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan - Head of the Finance Department of Thai Hoa Town People's Committee said: "To achieve the results of budget collection in general and the land sector in particular, in 2022, the entire political system of the town has actively participated. That is, propaganda so that people, businesses, and localities clearly understand the opportunities to mobilize the budget to serve infrastructure development; at the same time, contributing to the excitement and increase the value of real estate use. At the same time, encouraging businesses with potential and experience in the real estate sector to speed up projects, stimulate the market, increase transactions...".
Budget revenue from real estate has made an important contribution to the town's ability to ensure timely spending on infrastructure development tasks, social security, socio-economic development tasks, national defense and security.
ACTIVELY ATTRACT INVESTMENT
Define clearlyinvestment attraction workTo create an important breakthrough to realize development goals, Thai Hoa town actively reviewed the planning and proposed to add projects to the "List of projects calling for investment in Nghe An province". In 2022, it attracted 7 investment projects with a total investment of 1,837 billion VND, including a number of large projects such as: Factory manufacturing and processing high-end footwear products from Taiwan with a total investment of 230 billion VND, which is currently clearing the ground for construction; Factory producing plastic additives and plastic films with a total investment of 200 billion VND; Thai Hoa Garment Factory with a total investment of 149 billion VND; especially the Viet A Steel Structure and Electric Cable Factory Complex with a total investment of 1,128 billion VND.

At the same time, the town urged the implementation of projects allocated budget capital with the town People's Committee as the investor (total investment of 147.7 billion VND). During the year, 39 new projects were started, of which 25 projects have completed the contractor selection process (23 projects have been implemented)... At the same time, the town directed to speed up the construction progress of transitional projects, completing a number of important projects.
The positive results in socio-economic development in general and budget collection in particular, according to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan - Head of the Finance Department of Thai Hoa town, have been strongly directed by the town's leaders. Many solutions to promote development have been implemented by the leaders of the Town Party Committee and the Town People's Committee and have strengthened supervision. In the field of budget collection, the town's leaders and all levels and sectors have reviewed from the beginning of the year and every month, on that basis, encouraging businesses and taxpayers with incentive policies and rewards for progress as well as results of exceeding budget payments.
The town leaders also closely and promptly accompany businesses and taxpayers to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and business development, create jobs and pay the budget.
