The North and North Central regions continue to be cold, with severe cold in mountainous areas and some places.coldDuring this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the mountainous and midland areas of the North is generally from 10-13 degrees Celsius, in the high mountainous areas it is below 5 degrees Celsius; in the plains of the North and North Central regions it is from 13-15 degrees Celsius.
At sea, from noon and afternoon of December 4, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9; in the North East Sea (including the sea area of Hoang Sa archipelago), the Northeast wind will increase to level 6, then increase to level 7, gusting to level 8-9; in the Gulf of Tonkin, the waves will be 2.0-3.0m high; in the North East Sea, the waves will be 3.0-5.0m high; the sea will be rough.
From the evening and night of December 4, there will be scattered rain in the mountainous areas of the North. From the night of December 4-6, there is a possibility of severe cold in the mountainous and midland areas of the North, with some places experiencing severe cold.
