*Memorial service for comrade Le Van Thanh- Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Government Party Committee, Deputy Prime Minister was solemnly held at 7:00 a.m., Saturday, August 26, 2023.
In infinite grief, comrade Le Minh Khai - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the State Funeral Committee, emotionally read the eulogy: "Today, in infinite grief and emotion, the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the President, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the family solemnly organize the memorial service and send off comrade Le Van Thanh to his final resting place."
* On the morning of August 26, Nghia An commune (Nghia Dan) solemnly organized70th Anniversary Celebration(1953 - 2023). Attending the ceremony were comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.
In 1953, implementing the policy of dividing large communes into smaller communes according to geographical areas, Minh An commune, Nghia Dan district was divided into 2 communes: Nghia An and Nghia Khanh. This also marked the birth of today's Nghia An commune.

* At 5:00 a.m. on August 26, the Working Group of Traffic Police Team No. 2, under the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police discovered a passenger car with license plate 37B - 026.33 with suspicious signs. Checking the chassis of the car, they discovered 2 cardboard boxes containing 14 black plastic packages. Each package contained a colorful box-shaped block with foreign letters on the surface.suspected fireworks explosion.
During the investigation, driver Le Van Luong (born in 1990), residing in Tan Ky district, Nghe An province, confessed that the two above-mentioned packages were firecrackers.
