*Memorial service for Comrade Le Van Thanh- The ceremony honoring the Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Party Committee of the Government, and Deputy Prime Minister was held solemnly at 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 26, 2023.
In profound sorrow, Comrade Le Minh Khai - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the State Funeral Committee - emotionally read the eulogy: "Today, in profound sorrow and grief, the Central Committee of the Party, the National Assembly, the President, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the family solemnly organize the memorial service and farewell ceremony for Comrade Le Van Thanh to his final resting place."
* On the morning of August 26th, Nghia An commune (Nghia Dan district) solemnly organized...70th Anniversary Celebration(1953 – 2023). Attending the commemoration ceremony was Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.
In 1953, following the policy of dividing large communes into smaller ones based on geographical area, Minh An commune in Nghia Dan district was divided into two communes: Nghia An and Nghia Khanh. This also marks the birth of the present-day Nghia An commune.

At 5:00 AM on August 26th, a task force from Traffic Police Team No. 2, under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police, spotted a passenger bus with license plate 37B - 026.33 exhibiting suspicious behavior. A search of the vehicle's undercarriage revealed two cardboard boxes containing 14 black nylon packages. Inside each package was a multicolored, box-shaped object with foreign writing on its surface.It's suspected to be fireworks exploding..
During questioning, driver Le Van Luong (born in 1990), residing in Tan Ky district, Nghe An province, admitted that the two boxes contained firecrackers.
