Issue a plan to enforce land acquisition to implement the VSIP project

(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district has just issued a Plan to enforce the Decision on land recovery to implement the VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Park Project.

ProjectVSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service ParkThe total planned area is 750 hectares, reclaiming land in the communes of Hung Tay, Hung Dao, Hung Nguyen town of Hung Nguyen district and Hung Chinh commune of Vinh city. This is a project subject to the state's land reclamation for socio-economic development for national and public interests according to Clause 2, Article 62 of the 2013 Land Law.

Implementing this project, in Hung Nguyen town, the scope of implementation is about 180 hectares with about 600 households having their land recovered. Of which, block 10, Hung Nguyen town has 120 households. From 2019 to now, the Compensation and Site Clearance work has been deployed by the Compensation and Site Clearance Council. Hung Nguyen district People's Committee has also directed the District Compensation and Site Clearance Council to prepare compensation records and support for affected households in accordance with the provisions of law.

However, up to now, in block 10 of Hung Nguyen town, there are still 5 households and individuals who have not agreed to receive the money. Although the local authorities at all levels have repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued and explained, the households still do not comply with the Land Recovery Decision, and at the same time, make unfounded requests (increase the compensation price for agricultural land, and support for career conversion 5 times...).

Faced with that situation, to ensure the site clearance on schedule, timely handover of land to the Investor according to the plan and demonstrate the strictness of the law, on November 14, 2023, the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district issued Plan 575/KH-UBND to organize the enforcement of the Decision on land recovery for households and individuals who have not yet handed over the site in the above-mentioned area of ​​block 10 of Hung Nguyen town.

It is known that the expected enforcement will take place in the last days of November.
