Nghe An: Highlights of January 4th

* On the afternoon of January 4th, the delegates of the 15th National Assembly from the Nghe An Provincial Delegation met.Meeting with voters in Thanh Chuong districtafter the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

After directly receiving and exchanging suggestions from voters, and providing a general overview of the socio-economic situation in 2023 for the whole country and Nghe An province, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates elected in the district, the Provincial Party Secretary and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Thai Thanh Quy, respectfully thanked the political system, officials, Party members, and voters of Thanh Chuong district for their responsible contributions and support to the people of the entire province, contributing to the success of the province.

*On the morning of January 4th, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, along with a delegation from the province,Congratulations to the entire staff and leadership of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department.In commemoration of the 58th anniversary of the Party's Internal Affairs Sector's traditional day (January 5, 1966 - January 5, 2024).

* On the morning of January 4th, the Government held an online conference to gather opinions on...Plan for adjusting land use targetsAccording to Decision 326/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to prioritize adjusting the allocation of some land use targets to implement national infrastructure development projects, key projects, and regional linkage projects with spillover effects.

* On the afternoon of January 4th,The People's Committee of Nghe An province held a press conference.Socio-economic development, national defense and security in 2023. Speaking at the press conference, Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long expressed his hope that the press agencies would continue to pay attention, share, and cooperate with the Provincial People's Committee to effectively carry out socio-economic development, national security and defense tasks.

* To commemorate the 78th anniversary of the first General Election of the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2024), on the morning of January 4, a delegation of the National Assembly and the Provincial People's Council visited the Kim Lien Special National Historical Relic Site.With reverence, we offer flowers and incense.In commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.

Nghe Ansetting export targets680 million USD from electronic equipment and components in 2024. This is one of the points in the Decision assigning socio-economic plan targets for 2024 recently issued by the People's Committee of Nghe An province.

* Over 150 students from Nghe Anparticipate in the national excellent student competitionIn 2024, the National Excellent Student Examination will be held over two days, January 5th and 6th.

* On January 4th, the head of the Nghe An Department of Health stated that after the 13-year-old child died at the Anh Son District Health Center,The Department of Health has issued a document requesting the District Health Center to report on the incident.We are sharing our condolences and offering support to the child's family. The health sector has also established a professional council to conduct a forensic examination and determine the cause of the child's death.
