The 'hidden' problems behind illegal wood chip factories

From the recommendation of the Association of Wood and Non-Timber Forest Products Processing in July 2023, a number of illegal wood chip factories in the province have been clarified. However, digging deeper into the "birth" of illegal wood chip factories has shown a not-so-comprehensive reality in forestry economic development, despite great potential but not contributing commensurately to the socio-economic development of the province. Thereby, it is necessary to pay attention to proposing practical and strategic solutions.
