Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has decided to organizecompetition"Learn about new legal documents" in 2024 in the form of an online test. The contest takes place within 4 weeks, starting at 8:00 on September 9, 2024 and ending at 8:00 on October 7, 2024.

The content of the contest focuses on regulations related to the Land Law, the Law on Consumer Rights Protection and the 2023 Identity Law... These are important draft laws that affect all aspects of life.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Director of the Department of Justice, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, hoped that this would be a widespread political activity, widely organized and deployed throughout the province, with the participation of all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in all agencies and units; students at universities, colleges, and intermediate schools located in the area. Also this afternoon, the Department of Justice held a training conference on policy communication skills that have a great impact on society in the process of drafting legal documents.

At the Conference, the reporters were instructed in some specialized skills on building a policy communication organization plan and policy communication skills on mass media and social networks; how to receive and process information, give comments on draft policies and how to respond to comments.

Delegates are provided with the necessary information and skills to effectively carry out policy communication and legal education activities, ensuring early communication, right when proposing the drafting of legal documents.
