The Health Department Inspectorate will advise the Health Department's leadership to establish an inspection team to conduct inspection, verification, and strict handling according to the law against Le Loi General Clinic.

Talking to reporters of Nghe An Newspaper, Doctor Tran Nguyen Truyen - Chief Inspector of Nghe An Department of Health said: "The Department of Health Inspectorate has received information reflected in Nghe An Newspaper about signs of violations of regulations on medical examination and treatment at the hospital.Le Loi General Clinic, Vinh city. The Health Department Inspectorate will advise the department's leaders to establish an inspection team to conduct inspection, verification, and strict handling according to the provisions of law".

Previously, on October 22, Nghe An Newspaper published an article "Are there signs of lack of transparency at Le Loi General Clinic in Vinh City?". Accordingly, a number of people in Nghe An province reported on the activities that they considered "unclear" of Le Loi General Clinic, located at 99 Le Loi Street, Vinh City. Specifically, these people said: There is unreasonableness in the cost of medical examination and treatment, signs of "ripping off" customers, lack of transparency in the clinic's operations (there is psychological exploitation, profiteering of patients' money during the examination and treatment process).

In 2021, Nghe An Department of Health fined 80 million VND and revoked the operating license for 2 months for Le Loi General Clinic.
