Previously, on October 22nd, Nghe An Newspaper published an article titled "Are there signs of lack of transparency at Le Loi Multi-Specialty Clinic in Vinh City?". According to the article, several residents in Nghe An province complained about what they considered "unethical" practices at Le Loi Multi-Specialty Clinic, located at 99 Le Loi Street, Vinh City. Specifically, these individuals alleged: unreasonable medical examination and treatment costs, signs of overcharging customers, and a lack of transparency in the clinic's operations (exploiting patients' psychology and profiting from their money during examinations and treatments).
According to information from the Nghe An Department of Health:Le Loi Multi-Specialty ClinicThe clinic has been repeatedly penalized by authorities. In 2021, the Nghe An Department of Health fined Le Loi Multi-Specialty Clinic 80 million VND and revoked its operating license for 2 months. In 2020, Le Loi Multi-Specialty Clinic was also fined 27 million VND by the Nghe An Department of Health.
Dr. Tran Nguyen Truyen, Chief Inspector of the Nghe An Department of Health, issued a warning.
