Man sprays paint on square wall in Vinh city
After reporting on a man brazenly going around Vinh City, using a paint can to spray "Khoi hen" advertisements on walls, we also received information, along with camera footage, of this man even going to Ho Chi Minh Square to spray advertisements on walls.
As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, in the past few days, people in all wards and communes, especially the central wards in Vinh City, have been extremelyfrustrated with the state of advertising linesThe same content "100% Asthma Free. Commitment. 0366.666.xxx" appears densely on walls of houses, public areas...
After the newspaper published, we also received information that this man even went to Ho Chi Minh Square to spray advertisements on the wall.
According to the camera footage, the time this man entered the Square to spray the "asthma cure" advertisement was at noon a few days ago. The location of the graffiti was right at the foot of the wall of the fountain area.
Although the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and the Uncle Ho statue later removed this advertisement, this act (along with going around the city to paint advertisements on walls) showed a condemnable disregard for the law.
We also learned that the management unit later reported it to the local police, but we do not understand why, until now, the person who wrote and drew graffiti has not been dealt with.

Once again, it can be affirmed that the fact that many beautiful walls of households, agencies and units are suddenly painted with advertisements has made many people angry. On social networking sites, many people also requested that the authorities quickly intervene to clarify. Because, this act of spraying paint on walls to advertise indiscriminately not only destroys the urban beauty, but also shows contempt for the law.
Finding and strictly handling the perpetrators of graffiti not only ensures the strictness of the law but also serves as a deterrent to those who specialize in writing, drawing, and posting advertisements that spoil the urban landscape.
