For the past few days, residents in Vinh City have been outraged by the fact that a man has been brazenly traveling throughout the city, using spray paint to write advertisements with the slogan "No more asthma" along with a phone number on walls.
Over the past few days, residents throughout the wards and communes, especially the central wards of Vinh City, have been extremely upset by the proliferation of advertisements with the same message: "100% cure for asthma. Guaranteed. 0366.666.xxx" appearing on house walls and in public areas.

According to reports, the advertising lettering is in black in some places and red in others, created using spray paint. Many walls in schools, houses, and offices, which were previously new and beautifully painted, have suddenly been covered with this unsightly advertising message, causing outrage among residents.
On the high wall of Hung Phuc Kindergarten (Hung Phuc ward), this advertisement is plastered over the previously beautifully decorated wall. Even next to the wall of the Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate on Vuong Thuc Mau street, which was recently built and painted white, this advertisement has been spray-painted over it.
