At the end of its operation, the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Trade Union handed over 24 grassroots trade unions to the Provincial Labor Federation.
On the afternoon of June 26, the Trade Union of the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a conference to announce the decision to end operations and hand over 24 grassroots trade unions to the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Attending the conference were comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and representatives of leaders and union officials of relevant units.

Implement the Party's policy on restructuring the organization and apparatus in the direction oflean, effective, efficient, the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union was established from March 1, 2025. Continuing to implement the streamlining policy, according to Decision 253/QD-LĐLĐ dated June 23, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union will cease its operations fromJuly 1, 2025.
At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union announced the decision to end the activities of 28 grassroots trade unions. At the same time, it transferred 24grassroots uniondirectly under the Provincial Federation of Labor.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Kha Van Tam acknowledged the efforts of the staff of the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union in recent times. At the same time, he believed that the streamlining revolution would create a more elite team of trade union staff, build an increasingly developed trade union organization, and step into an era of growth with the nation.



On this occasion, the conference also awarded Certificates of Merit from the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor to 2 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2024 - 2025; awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union to 2 collectives and 18 individuals with many contributions to the activities and emulation movements of the unit.
