The Trade Union of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province has taken over 85 grassroots trade unions.
On the afternoon of March 14th, the Trade Union of the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a handover and acceptance conference for grassroots trade unions.
Attending the conference were representatives from the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Party Committees of the Party agencies of Nghe An province, the Provincial Federation of Labor, and relevant grassroots trade unions.
According to the planorganize, streamlineAccording to Decision No. 107/QD-LDLD of the Provincial Labor Federation, 223 grassroots trade unions and 26,405 union members belonging to the following trade unions: Civil Servants, Industry and Trade, Transportation, Agriculture and Rural Development, Construction, and Health were transferred to the Trade Union of the Provincial Party Agencies, the Trade Union of the Provincial People's Committee, and the District and City Labor Federations.
In implementing the above decision, at the conference, the Civil Servants' Union handed over 19 grassroots unions to the Union of Party Agencies of Nghe An province.
At the same time, 85 grassroots trade unions belonging to the Vinh City Federation of Labor, the Construction Industry Trade Union, the Transportation Industry Trade Union, the Industry and Trade Trade Union, the Health Industry Trade Union, the Agriculture and Rural Development Industry Trade Union, and the Civil Servant Trade Union were transferred to the Trade Union of the Provincial People's Committee.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Cong Danh, Chairman of the Trade Union of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, affirmed that although newly established, the Trade Union of the People's Committee of the province will strive to actively contribute to Party building and professional development; effectively carry out activities to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of its members.
This objective has been concretized through key contents such as: Innovating the methods of organizing annual conferences for officials and employees; Directing grassroots trade unions to organize emulation movements among officials, employees, and workers to implement workplace culture and corporate culture, linked to building agencies, units, and enterprises that meet cultural standards; Seeking and coordinating to develop and sign welfare programs for union members, with the main beneficiaries being public service units and enterprises…
At the same time, in order to achieve the goals, tasks, and perspectives in the organization's activities, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union hopes that the grassroots trade union executive committees, especially the chairmen and vice-chairmen, will actively respond to and agree with the Standing Committee's policies; and will propagate and mobilize union members to actively and voluntarily participate in the activities organized by the grassroots trade union executive committees.
