*July 4, at the Party Central Headquarters,General Secretary To Lam chairs Politburo meetingThe Secretariat gave opinions on the implementation of the Central Committee's Resolution, the Politburo's Conclusion on the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units; and drafted a report on the implementation results of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee from November 2024 to July 2025.
General Secretary To Lam requested that the Standing Committees of the provincial and municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Government continue to strengthen leadership and direction of all work under the authority of the two levels (province and commune) to be carried out smoothly, without delay or omission, with the consistent goal of better serving the people and businesses.
Provincial and municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Government urgently review all work of assigning, arranging, and deploying cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in provincial and communal agencies and units; for communes, wards, and special zones lacking specialized cadres, the provincial level must promptly and fully arrange, strengthen, support, and assist to ensure effective work performance.
The General Secretary emphasized the need to strengthen inspection and grasp the situation to promptly resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles for communes when operating the new apparatus.

* Permanent Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An recently signed Decision No. 62/QD-XPHC onadministrative sanctionsagainst Mr. HVK (born in 1976, residing in Dong Thanh commune, Nghe An province) with a total amount of 262,500,000 VND. He was fined for committing 2 violations: illegally purchasing and storing forest products with evidence being wild animals in the list of endangered, precious, and rare wild animals in group IIB and illegally purchasing and storing forest products with evidence being common wild animals.
