(Baonghean.vn) - For 30 years, tensions have been mounting in relations between Russia and Ukraine, once close neighbors during the Soviet era. This stems from Ukraine's desire for closer ties with the West and the crisis that followed Russia's annexation of Crimea. Since President Zelensky took power, Ukraine has continued to implement structural policy changes. Unfortunately for Kyiv, however, there seems to be no positive outlook for relations with Moscow, at least not until the Kremlin's foreign policy trajectory changes.
