For the people of Xuan Lam and Bich Hao communes, Phuong ferry terminal has long been a familiar waterway, significantly shortening travel time and distance. However, every time the rainy season arrives, ferry trips across the Lam River bring with them constant worry. The people hope for a sturdy bridge to make travel more convenient and safer.
