On the afternoon of September 1, on the Xuan Quan – Long Bien dike (section through Bo De ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi), a woman riding a motorbike suddenly fell onto the road and died. People at the scene said that the victim may have been struck by lightning during the heavy rain.
