Russia has declared control of three villages in eastern Ukraine, including Popiv Yar in Donetsk province, Degtiarne in Kharkiv province and Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia province. Meanwhile, Mr. Trump is considering delivering Patriot missiles to Ukraine. In a hot development in the Middle East, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that Israel will continue to use military measures to enforce two "red lines" in Syria, saying that it will wipe out the Syrian army from south of Damascus.
