During the preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, numerous false and distorted pieces of information regarding the Party and State's policies and guidelines have appeared on the internet. Malicious actors are exploiting social media, content-sharing platforms, and personal blogs to spread misinformation, causing public unrest and negatively impacting social life. This reality demands that every citizen be more vigilant and cautious in accessing and sharing information.
