My nephew, 16 years old this year, classified in the language of today's youth as Gen Z, has just announced that he will join the volunteer group to pick up trash on weekends of the District Youth Union. During dinner, he excitedly showed off his generation's green living community. The youth community has many development groups nationwide with trips to pick up trash in parks, pick up trash in canals, and popularize the idea of joining hands to protect the environment.
I remember once I walked across the bridge over the canal, looking at the canal full of garbage, I suddenly shook my head in dismay. For a long time, throwing garbage into the canals of this city has been a matter of course, especially for those who do business around the canals. They think that when the water rises, the garbage will be carried away by the river and elsewhere, and that there will be no garbage where they live. Everyone thinks so, so out of the dozens of canals in the city, there are dozens of places where garbage just floats right to the shore. The canals, despite being renovated, dredged, and collected many times, are still full of garbage. Until environmental groups came into action.
I follow the Green Community of Vietnam and am impressed by their dedication to their environmental journeys. Most of them are young people, they come together with a love for the environment, a hope for a green Vietnam. Most of the activities of the Green Community of Vietnam are associated with union members of universities and high schools. This is the core force on the Green living front with specific action programs. These young people are the next generation of the future. Therefore, raising awareness of Green living for the young generation is the right step for improving the environment in the future. Enthusiasm and youthful thinking make the environmental actions of young people more dedicated, creative and practical.

Recently, the Nghe An Women's Union set a goal of striving to establish over 2,000 models of "Turning waste into useful work" by 2027. Waste and scrap will be collected and sorted at the source. Then, through exchange and purchasing activities, it will be converted into a fund to support social activities. At least 20,000 families, women and children in difficult and disadvantaged circumstances will be helped with breeding animals, buying health insurance cards, and orphans will be sponsored. In addition, the Nghe An Women's Union also promotes the movement to limit the use of plastic bags, reduce the amount of waste affecting the environment, clean up the area, and build a "5 no, 3 clean" family.
Among the myriad of weekend entertainment options, choosing a Green lifestyle is perhaps the most beautiful lifestyle of Gen Z and women that I feel needs to be spread widely and deeply to the community. Because while many young people are spending their weekends sleeping in their blankets, many choose to chat nonsense over a cup of coffee, or immerse themselves in games, recording useless clips to post online to seek likes and views, outside, there are still young people who choose to wake up early and act responsibly and very kindly according to their hearts.

I like the kindness in the way of “Turning waste into useful things”, being kind to the living environment, in order to receive the greenness that this society deserves. A good living environment will create a fresh atmosphere, giving us cleanliness and no pollution to maintain more life energy. Positive energy from a clean environment will also help life reduce a lot of pressure, or fatigue, frustration. The aspect of the living environment affecting human psychology and behavior is something that many researchers have spoken out.
I believe that, perhaps from just a small group of young people, from the Women's Union of a province, these acts of kindness for the community will spread a strong green, clean message, because enthusiasm, youthfulness, new thinking and dedication to society are the key points for a truly green journey. Kind acts always have a universal and common power.
