(Baonghean.vn) - Out of 411 communes in Nghe An, there are currently 10 communes that have met the model NTM standards. In these localities, village roads and alleys have been widened, houses have been built spaciously, and people have united to build a green, clean, and beautiful life.
Dien Thai Commune (Dien Chau) celebrates its 70th anniversary and receives the Certificate of recognition for achieving advanced NTM standards.
