The meeting showed new points compared to the direct meetings as before.

(Baonghean) - On October 28, 2014, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 586/KH-UBND-NC on implementing Decree 221/2013/ND-CP dated December 30, 2013 of the Government on regulations on the application of administrative measures of compulsory drug rehabilitation in the province.
