Hanoi police are recruiting Vietnamese-French center-back Julien Mouillon from France.

The V.League transfer market for the 2026/27 season is witnessing an ambitious move from Hanoi Police. On May 14th, French-Vietnamese center-back Julien Mouillon officially arrived in Vietnam, marking the final steps in his joining the league-leading team.

With over 160 accumulated matches, mostly for EFC Frejus Saint-Raphael, the 1997-born player brings experience and a modern approach to the game.
