(Baonghean.vn) - The area to welcome returning citizens is located on the road along Quyet mountain, from Ben Thuy 1 bridge to the intersection of Ngo Thi Nham street, Trung Do ward, Vinh city. Vehicles are restricted from entering and exiting this area.
