COP29: Is $300 billion enough to "save" the world?

After extending the meeting by another day with all-night discussions, the 29th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) finally adopted a key agreement: wealthy nations will provide $300 billion annually to poorer countries to help them cope with climate change.
