The Nghe An Provincial Cooperative Union has just held its 4th Congress for the 2011-2016 term. Attending the congress were: Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Bien - Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Cooperative Union, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, together with leaders of districts, cities, and towns; Cooperative Unions of the provinces: Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang and 328 delegates in the whole province.
