Weather today September 27, storm No. 10 Bualoi entered the East Sea causing heavy rain, strong winds, warning of the risk of flooding and landslides in many areas.
Super typhoon RAGASA has a gust of over level 17 and is entering the East Sea. Nghe An is forecast to have widespread heavy rain.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 5:00 p.m. on September 22, storm RAGASA was about 120km north of Luzon Island (Philippines), maintaining a level 17 intensity (202-221km/h), gusting above level 17, and was still moving in a West-Northwest direction at a speed of 20-25km/h and entering the East Sea.
