On the morning of July 10th, in Vinh City, the 18th Provincial People's Council of Nghe An, term 2021-2026, solemnly opened its 21st session (the regular mid-year session of 2024). Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies - delivered the opening speech at the session.
