World feed ingredient prices increased slightly in January 2026.
World corn and soybean prices are under upward pressure from dry weather conditions in Argentina and projected wheat consumption of 823.9 million tons in 2025/26.

Vietnam spent over $2.6 billion importing corn in the first 11 months of 2025, with the average price increasing by 2.5%.
According to data from the Customs Department, corn imports in the first 11 months of 2025 reached nearly 10.47 million tons. Although the total import value decreased by 3.5%, the average import price still increased slightly compared to 2024.
Silver prices hit a record high of $85.09 per ounce, while world corn prices hit their lowest level since October 2025.
On January 13th, the commodities market saw silver prices surge by 7.2% due to risk concerns in the US, while corn prices plummeted by more than 5.4% following the US Department of Agriculture's supply and demand report.
