Agricultural production is often subject to significant risks from natural disasters and diseases; however, agricultural insurance has not yet become a reliable support for farmers, partly due to high participation costs. Decree 346, effective from October 20, 2026, will increase the subsidy for agricultural insurance premiums, which is expected to expand opportunities for farmers to share production risks.
