(Baonghean.vn) - In the early morning of October 2nd, a devastating flash flood occurred in Ta Ca commune and part of Muong Xen town (Ky Son district). The flood swept away dozens of houses and people's property, caused landslides, and cut off many vital transportation routes in the area.

Earlier, on the evening of September 4th, a heavy rain also caused localized flooding in the same area. In just over a month, two floods have occurred in the same locality. What is the cause? Let's find out in the following report:
